Slow Food Brisbane is heading to Puglia, Italy for a taste of and talk about Pugliese Bread, Slow Wine from Puglia plus a “virtual visit” to a couple of Slow Food restaurants of Puglia with one of our Slow Food Brisbane members, Bruce White. There will be two speakers, Ian McBride and Bruce White, a glass of wine and delicious antipasto. Sounds great!

Join us on Friday 7th April at the Dante Alighieri Rooms, 26 Gray Street, New Farm from 6-7.30 pm!.

Invite friends as it promises, to be a convivial and fascinating evening combining delicious tastes with fascinating information about the importance of “good, clean and fair”.
Costs: Members of Slow Food and Dante Alighieri Students: $15; Non members: $20. Afterwards join us at the Pizzantica restaurant downstairs. (not included in price)

    Have just heard about your organisation on the ABC and most interested as I am always trying to source tasty, fresh food. Will be at the event on 07 April and will try to find a couple of other interested friends.
