It is an exciting time for Australian Cheese. Local cheesemakers are realising that we can use our high quality milk and 1000’s of years of cheese making tradition to create unique cheese that are their own.
Wendy Downes from the Cheeseboard will provide an insight into the Australian artisan cheese industry and share some of her cheese wrangling stories.
Baker Ray will also share some of his baking secrets.
A tasty supper will be provided and will include a selection of Australian cheeses, a range of delectable breads and good wines to taste. Join us!
