Update on Slow Food Brisbane Terra Madre lunch, 10th December
This event promises to be a wonderful bush tucker gastronomic experience thanks to chef Dale Chapman. In addition our guest speaker Michele Mascher of Ugly Duck Preserves will educate and delight us with her story of rescue and sustainability as she explains how she takes gorgeous “misshaped” ugly fruit and gives them a second chance to shine.
We invite members and friends of Slow Food Brisbane to join us for our final event for 2017, which promises to be a great finale! Full details below.
