It is an exciting time for Australian Cheese. Local cheesemakers are realising that we can use our high quality milk and 1000’s of years of cheese making tradition to create unique cheese that are their own.
Wendy Downes from the Cheeseboard provided an insight into the Australian artisan cheese industry and shared some of her cheese wrangling stories.
Baker Ray also shared some of his baking secrets.
A tasty supper was provided and included a selection of Australian cheeses, a range of delectable breads and good wines to taste.
