Slow Food Brisbane hosts an evening to meet Gregie the Farmer.  You will also gain insights into how Slow Food Brisbane selects its “Snail of Approval” awardees.

Join us for an evening of slow food, delicious tastes, a glass of wine, conviviality and food for thought. Our guest speaker Gregie the farmer promises a highly stimulating and informative chat that will grow our understanding of what it is like to be a milk producer in an environment where price is a major driver for popular media and supermarkets.

Slow food is about Good, Clean and Fair and protecting food biodiversity. For us to be informed consumers we feel strongly that we need to hear directly from the farmers and producers. Join us.
