Join us for a workshop that explores native ingredients and their uses by chef and Brisbane Slow Food Snail Dale Chapman. Dale will share her knowledge of the culinary and medicinal uses of native ingredients and also provide tips on how to grow them at home. It is also an opportunity to visit Dale’s new shop and workshop venue.
The workshop will include a lunchbox of foods celebrating native ingredients. Followed by an Afternoon tea with members from Slow Food Noosa.
