Join us for an authentic Italian adventure with Nicolo’ Campagnari, Founder and head chef at Ripiena.  Passionate about preserving, protecting and sharing traditional recipes from Northern Italy, Ripiena serves up authentic pasta made by hand every day. With a focus on quality and local the simple fresh menu features locally made salumi and burrata as well as Slow Food Presidia food and wines from Italy.

Opening his restaurant for this Slow Food Brisbane event, Nicolo’ and his team will prepare a menu of antipasto, pasta, a meat dish with a side and dessert all paired with Italian wine. Nicolo’ will not only share his food, but also the story of the pasta, his family traditions and how he came to Brisbane.

Inspired by neighbourhood pasta shops in Verona, Ripiena is small and casual with seating for only 20 people.
