This cheese tasting workshop with wine pairing will be presented by Wendy Downes, Slow Food Brisbane’s delegate to the international Slow Cheese event in Bra, Italy in September.

You are invited to join us for a very special Cheese and Wine event.  This event will follow our Annual General Meeting.

Slow Food Brisbane Snail of Approval recipient, Wendy Downs (The Cheeseboard), delegate to the International Slow Cheese Event in Bra, Italy, in September, will guide us through a cheese tasting workshop.  We will not only enjoy some very special cheeses and carefully selected paired wines, but we will also hear about Wendy’s journey to Slow Cheese and her participation in masterclasses with cheesemakers from Australia and Ireland.

Venue: Christ Church 9 Chippendall Street, Milton (http://www.cccpm.org.au/contact.html) (This venue has been used by Slow food Brisbane in the past and after 7 pm there is a good amount of street parking)
