This event is all about spices, ‘the black gold’ of cooking.  Rani, founder of Rani’s Cuisine, takes you on a journey to the farms where spices are grown. You will learn about the providence of spices, how they are grown and processed, their trade routes around the world and their history. This event will include a cooking demonstration, an opportunity to smell and taste different spices and conclude with a meal showcasing the spices. Informative, delicious and not to be missed!
